RECYC-QUÉBEC, the Quebec recovery and recycling corporation, aims to encourage Quebecers to reduce, reuse, recycle and recover residual materials as part of a circular economy and the battle against climate change. Recyc-Québec promotes, develops and encourages the reduction, reuse, recovery and recycling of containers, packaging, materials and products, as well as their reclamation, with a view to conserving resources.
